With this feature, you can cancel or modify hotel bookings directly on the portal (both app & website). Now, save time and keep track of all your requests in one place in the portal.
Go to the ‘Booking Section’ and select the required booking and click on raise request. There are several options such as full/partial cancellation, room/date modification, etc.

You can check out these collections and book the best hotels for your customer as per their preferences
