GoFirst has suspended flight operations for May 3 to May 5. If you have booked any flight from TravClan which has travel date within 3-5 May, you can raise a request for cancellation on TravClan Website / App and we will raise the request to the airline. We understand that this is an unfortunate situation for you and your clients. We are here to support you and available to assist you in every possible way.
If the flight is cancelled by airline, you can raise a request from the Bookings section on TravClan Website / App. The refund will be processed to your account after we receive the same from airlines / our travel partners. The timeline for refund will depend on airlines discretion. We will be proactively following up for all pending refunds with airlines / our travel partners
Go First has cancelled its flights due to operational reasons and has communicated the same to the DGCA according to news sources.
The final decision of what you should do in this case, rests with you. As a platform, we cannot recommend a solution. From our past experience, given the uncertainity, it is possible that more flights are impacted. We recommend that your travellers should plan and look for alternates if needed. Please note, if you do cancel your booking but the flight was operational, the cancellation will be done as per fare rules. Also, the refund will be processed to you only after we receive the same from the airline / our travel partners. This timeline for refund will depen on airlines discretion.
In such cases, incase you chose to cancel the package, the standard package cancellation policies will apply. We understand that this is an unfortunate situation for your clients. However, the arrangements for other components are independent of your flight booking. We will do our best to ensure lowest charges if your client choses to cancel or reschedule. However, clients can consider booking alternate flights.

At Travclan, we have suspended further sales of GoFirst pending further clarity. We understand that you may have to chose other suppliers due to this step. We value our partnership above everything else and doing what's right for you and your clients matters the most for us.
