We assure verified and professional drivers for all our destinations, but in case there is misbehavior caused by the driver, we'll speak to the customer & the driver immediately. Alternatively, we'll check the availability and feasibility for a different driver based on the destination and location.

If the vehicle provided to the guests is not up to the mark, we would try to change the vehicle or provide a higher category next pickup/drop/day If the vehicle can not be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, we would provide the guests with complimentary one meal coupon.

If the itinerary is changed due to natural causes/government restrictions, there would be no refund of the trip.

In case the guests are not provided with the meal that was confirmed, we would provide meal coupons to the guests or try to arrange next meal in the hotel. This would vary destination to destination.

A) If the room category can be changed, we would upgrade the room category upto 30% of the room cost based on the availability.

B) If the room category can not be upgraded, we would change the hotel and adjust the guests in a similar hotel category.

C) If due to unforeseen circumstances the upgradations are not possible, we would offer the guests with a complimentary sightseeing/upgraded car type/free meal as per availability and feasibility.

In case the sightseeing is cancelled due to natural causes like rain/cyclone/thunderstorm, there would be no refund as such instances are out of our control (Subject to the travel component, may vary). In case the sightseeing is missed from our end, we would try to reschedule the sightseeing (if possible), otherwise provide 100% refund of that particular component. If the guests do not utilize any sightseeing, the ticket/tour would be marked as no show with no refund would be dispensed.
