If the check-in is delayed by more than 2 hours (as per the standard check in time of the Hotel) due to any error/miss at our end, we will provide compensation UPTO INR 2000/-
In such a situation, we are dedicated to offering a variety of similar-category options and book an alternate property.
In case the alternate hotel options provided by TravClan are not chosen by the Travel Agent, we will reimburse for the property agent booked upto 150% of the total booking cost or 100% of the original booking amount plus an additional sum of up to INR 5000/-.
A) If the originally booked room category isn't available, we would upgrade the room category upto 30% of the room cost based on the availability.
B) If the room category can not be upgraded, we would change the hotel and adjust the guests in a similar hotel category.
C) If the upgradations are not possible, we would provide the guests with complimentary meal coupons/ compensation as per the feasibility.
We are committed to ensuring that our guests receive all the inclusions specified in their voucher without any inconvenience during their stay at the hotel.
However, should any discrepancies arise regarding the provided inclusions, we will promptly liaise with the hotel to rectify the situation and ensure that our guests receive the amenities they are entitled to/ or we compensate for the same.
We assure you that all the Hotel bookings made with Travclan are reconfirmed and we make sure that no such issue is faced by the agents. But in case the check in is denied at the property, we'll speak with the hotel immediately and get it resolved. If needed, we'll book another property for the guests nearby.
